IMPACT FSC POLICY

Our FSC rate is calculated on a weekly basis (every Monday) and is based on the California average price of diesel fuel which is located at http://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/. It is calculated by taking the average of the last 4 weeks price and that price is put into the chart below to get the percentage of FSC to be added to any drayage or service in which the truck is moving and burning fuel.
